We need your information
This is where you will upload your resume, you certificates/diplomas and a head shot of yourself.
1. Let's start with your resume. This is mandatory.
2. Upload a photograph of yourself, a head shot. It can be a selfie. This will be your profile picture that centers will see on the website. This is mandatory.
3. Please upload any diplomas, certificates and all other relevant documents including a vulnerable sector check (that is less than 6 months old), your proof of a negative TB test, CPR/First Aid certification. You can upload a PDF document or images of the documents or both if needed. This is mandatory before starting to work.
